Shipping & Return Policies
ORDER DETAILS
We will process all orders within 3-5 business days and prepare your parcel for dispatch. Delivery of your order will be made afterwards.
When an order has been placed, there will be no cancellation. To add on a new order to a confirmed order, shipping fee will not be refunded for that confirmed order. Once your order is shipped, our courier team will drop you a confirmation email prior to delivery.
If you need your order to be shipped urgently or at a certain date, kindly drop us a note on the Contact Us page or you may email us at ebbxflowco@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you with your request.
SHIPPING FEES
All orders over S$100 will receive free standard domestic shipping which will be applied at checkout.
For orders below S$100, a flat rate of S$5 shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Please kindly ensure that your delivery address is correct. Ebb & Flow will not be liable for any orders with incorrect address being entered on your order. Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered due to incorrect address entered at the time of checkout, we can re-deliver your parcel to the correct address at an additional cost borne by you prior to delivery.
RETURNS
All orders are checked thoroughly before they are shipped out to you. However, in the event a manufacturing defect is discovered upon receipt of a product, please contact us at ebbxflowco@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt and we will do our very best to address your concerns subject to the terms below:

We will try our best to provide a 1-1 exchange of the same item where there is a manufacturing defect. Please provide us with proof of your purchase and photos showing such manufacturing defect(s).

No refunds will be provided.

All sales items are final. We are unable to accept returns/exchanges for discounted items.

Adequate protection for the mats will be put in place before shipping. However, we will not be liable for any unforeseen damages during shipping.

All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will provide you with store credits equivalent to the amount that was paid for the defective item.

All delivery fees shall be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet the requirements of the terms above.
The return policy above only applies to orders shipped within Singapore. For international orders, we are currently unable to provide returns/exchanges.
